RETURNS + EXCHANGES


Unsuitable items can be returned back to us for either a refund or credit, providing they are eligible, within 21 days. It's really important that you check that your item is eligible to return. If not, it could be refused. Returned items must be in their exact, original condition with all labels and tags still attached. Please take care when trying on the items, so not to damage them and ensure that you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the items.

RETURN POLICY - SWIMSUITS, TEES, SKIRTS + SWEATSHIRTS

You can return any of these items back to us for either a refund or credit within 21 days. Returned items must be in their exact, original condition with all labels and tags still attached. They must not be worn or washed and swimsuits must have the hygiene protection sticker still in place.

RETURN POLICY - DENIM POLICY

Due to the vintage nature of our denim shorts, we cannot issue a refund, however you are welcome to return them for credit.

RETURN POLICY - SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on items purchased in the sale. This includes flash sale and items discounted in the sale. All sale items are marked with *.



    HOW TO RETURN

    Once you have ensured that your items are eligible to be returned, please complete the returns slip in your parcel and send it back with the unsuitable items within 21 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are your responsibility, as are the returned items until they reach us, therefore we recommend choosing a trackable/insured postal service and obtaining proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for non-delivered returns.

    If you are returning the items from outside the UK please state 'RETURNED GOODS'. 

    RETURNS PROCESS

    A refund/credit will be issued to you within 7 days of us receiving your return and you will be notified via email. Depending on your payment method, refunds usually take 3-5 working days to clear back into your account. Return postage costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

    EXCHANGES

    If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or item, simply tick 'credit' on your returns slip. A credit code for the value of the item will be issued to you via email within 7 days of us receiving your return. You can then use this credit against a new order. Credit will be issued for the value of the item only, minus any original postage costs.
