Returns

You may return your order within 28 days for a refund providing the swimsuit is unworn (except for the purposes of trying on), unwashed and in its original condition with all tags, labels and hygiene sticker still attached.

How To Return

Pop the swimsuit you are returning back into the mail bag it was delivered in (or any other suitable packaging will do) and include the original paperwork that came with your order. If you do not have the original paperwork, please add a note with your name, order number and email address (so we know who to refund). Send the return back to the address below:

We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receipt and will notify you via email when it has processed. Refunds exclude all delivery costs. We do not cover return costs and are not liable for undelivered/lost returns, therefore recommend using a tracked service and obtaining the postal receipt. 

Exchanges

We are not currently offering straight exchanges. Instead, we've found the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder on our website and to send us the unwanted item back for a refund.

Christmas Returns Policy

We've extended our normal time limit for returns during the festive season. Returns for orders made between 1st November and 24th December will be accepted until 31st January 2022.

Sample Sale Policy

All discounted swimsuits in our sample sale are final sale and returns are not accepted, so please ensure that you have checked the size guide prior to placing your order.

Faulty/Damaged Products

We take time to carefully inspect each swimsuit before sending it out into the world. In the rare case you receive a faulty or damaged swimsuit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will get this fixed for you. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, so we encourage you to follow our extensive care guide to maintain your swimsuits longevity.
