Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees, import duties or local taxes when they arrive in your country. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or delivery costs.
Ireland & European Union Customers
Since Brexit, orders delivered to Ireland and European Union countries may be subject to customs fees and import taxes on arrival. These charges are not included in your order total or delivery costs and may need to be paid before your parcel can be delivered.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund your order once it has been received back, excluding the original delivery costs.
