We hope you love your Batoko swimsuit, but if something's not quite right, you can request a return within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and hygiene sticker attached.

All sample sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

You'll be asked to sign in using the email address you used for your order. We'll send you a one-time code to verify your account.

Once signed in, select the order you'd like to return. If it's eligible, you'll see the option to Request Return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions for sending it back to us.

If an order isn't eligible for return, the option to request a return won't be shown.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds exclude the original delivery cost. Please allow up to 7 days from receipt for your return to be processed.
