Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arriving in your country. These charges are set and collected by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your country's import rules before placing an order if you're unsure about possible charges.
Ireland & European Union
Since Brexit, orders delivered to Ireland and EU countries may also be subject to customs fees and import taxes. These are not included in the shipping cost or your order total at checkout. Your country may ask you to pay these before your parcel can be delivered.
If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we'll refund your order once received back, excluding original delivery costs.
