Studio Closure

We are currently moving premises, so have stopped packing orders whilst we pack up our studio and move everything over to our new place.

Our studio will temporarily close from 20th July 2018 and will re-open on 25th July 2018. We are still accepting orders during this time, but please note; customer service is closed and orders won't be shipped until we're back on 25th July 2018.

We've added some information below to help with all enquiries whilst we're away:

Order Information

Orders placed after 9am (London/UK time) on 20th July 2018 will be shipped on 25th July 2018.

  

Shipping + Delivery Times

If you placed your order before 9am (London/UK time) on 20th July 2018, your order will be on it's way to you. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on 25th July 2018.

Domestic (UK)

Tracked Shipping is sent with Royal Mail and generally arrives within 2-3 days after dispatch. 

Express Shipping is sent with Royal Mail and arrives 1-2 days after dispatch. 

All UK orders will require a signature at delivery and your tracking details are in your shipping confirmation email. If your order hasn't been delivered within this timeframe, we recommend checking with your local Royal Mail depot.

Overseas + International (Non-UK)

Standard Shipping is not trackable and can take up to 6 weeks to arrive in some countries. This service does not come with tracking, so we cannot track it at our end either.

Signed Shipping is sent via BPost and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive in some countries. It transfers to your countries national postal service once it reaches your country e.g. New Zealand Post for New Zealand and Correos for Spain. No tracking but will require a signature upon delivery.

Tracked Shipping is sent via Royal Mail and transfers to your countries national postal service once it reaches your country e.g. USPS for United States and Australia Post for Australia. Your tracking details are in your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping is via DHL. If you are encountering any issues with the delivery of your parcel or if it hasn't arrived in the specified timeframe, please contact DHL directly as they will be able to help you and fix any issues quickly. You can find the contact details for DHL on their website DHL.COM - please ensure that you have your tracking number handy.

 

Cancellations, Returns + Refunds

If you have just placed an order and wish to cancel it before it ships, please send us a message with your name and order number via our contact form. We will contact you on 25th July 2018 with your cancellation confirmation.

If you would like to return your order for an refund, please follow the instructions on the returns form that came with your parcel or visit our returns page. Although we are currently closed, please do not hesitate to return your order within this time as we will receive it.

If your are contacting us regarding an order you have returned, this will be dealt with after 25th July 2018. Thanks for your patience.

 

Sold Out Styles + Sizes

We won't be restocking the Wild Cat, Bananas, Cactus or Dinosass.

Everything else will be restocked in September, so anything that's sold out won't be back until then now. We will be adding a pre-order option in the next few weeks. There is the possibility that we may get a few returns in this time, which we'll pop back up on the website as and when they come in :)
