At present we aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 7 working days (not guaranteed ↑ please read above). We'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email.
We deliver worldwide. International orders (all orders sent out of the UK) are sent with Royal Mail or DHL depending on your country. Delivery options and costs (*does not include any import taxes) will be calculated at the checkout before you complete your order.
*You may be charged an import tax upon delivery of your order. This is not a charge made by us and we do not receive this money - import taxes are a separate charge set and collected by your countries government and the rates differ depending on where you live in the world. For further information on import taxes and rates, we recommend that you contact your countries customs office in advance of placing your order.
We accept returns on all our swimsuits (*excludes sale items) within 28 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
To make a return, please carefully follow the instructions on the returns form that came in your parcel (on the back of your order note). Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 7 days. Returns are not free and all refunds exclude original delivery costs. When returning your order, we recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
We take time to carefully inspect every swimsuit before we send it, however in the rare case that you may have received a faulty swimsuit, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, so we encourage you to follow our extensive swimwear care guide to ensure your swimsuit lasts.
Sale Returns Policy*All sale/sample items are final sale and returns are not accepted, so please ensure that you have checked the size guide prior to placing your order.
We've found that the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder via our website and send us the unwanted item back for a refund. This should ensure that the item you want is still available and you will receive it much quicker than having to wait for your return to process. We do not cover postage/delivery costs for exchanges.
