Christmas Gift Returns Policy
We've extended our normal time limit for returns during the festive season, which means any gifts purchased between 1st November - 24th December 2018 can be returned up until 31st January 2019 for a refund.
Studio Closure Info
Our studio will close from 22nd December and re-open 2nd January 2019. Orders placed within this time will be shipped 2nd January 2019. Click here for more information.
All orders are shipped worldwide directly from our studio in England. We aim to ship them within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at the checkout. Add the items you want to the cart, then enter your shipping details on the first checkout page and all available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your order.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked, so arrive within 2-3 days after dispatch with the option for Express delivery available too.
Orders sent out to Europe, United Sates, Australia and everywhere else in the world are sent with Royal Mail, Bpost and DHL. We offer International standard, signed for, tracked and express shipping options at the checkout. Add the items to the cart, then enter your shipping details on the first checkout page and all available shipping options and costs will be shown before you complete your order.
We'll happily accept returns on all our swimsuits within 28 days providing they are in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
To make a return, please carefully follow the instructions on the returns form that came in your parcel (on the back of your order note!). Please contact us if you need a replacement returns form.
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.
Please note; we do not cover return shipping costs, return postage is at your expense. We are also not liable for undelivered/lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the postal receipt to be on the safe side.
Our swimsuits are made in limited batches and can sell out quickly during certain periods, therefore we've found that the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder via our website and send us the unwanted item back for a refund. This should ensure that the item you want is still available and you will receive it much quicker than having to wait for your return to process.
Can't decide which size to get and need it quick? We recommend ordering 2 different sizes and returning the unwanted size for a refund.
