SHIPPING

All orders are shipped worldwide from our studio in England. We aim to ship them within 1-2 working days (Mon-Fri) of your order being placed. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have selected Tracked or Express Shipping, this email will contain your tracking details.

If you want to guarantee that your order arrives by a certain date, please opt for Express Shipping.

All available shipping options and prices will be calculated at checkout (before payment).

This is a budget-friendly shipping option and does not come with tracking. For this reason we cannot replace or refund any non-delivered orders when using the service. We can however send you a proof of postage certificate upon request should you wish to make a direct claim with the shipping company.
Standard Shipping is sometimes deemed low-priority by shipping companies so delays can occur. Whereas most orders will be successfully delivered within 1-4 weeks, please expect to wait up to 6 weeks in some rare cases.

This service requires somebody to be present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Should nobody be present at the time of the attempted delivery, then your order will be taken to your local postal depot and a card will be left with re-delivery / collection instructions. Your order will be held at the depot for up to 1 week, so we recommend organising a re-delivery or collection as soon as possible.
International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout depending on both the weight and destination of the order.

Express Shipping is a fully tracked, express service that requires a signature upon delivery. This service requires somebody to be present at the delivery address to sign for the order. Should nobody be present at the time of the attempted delivery, then your order will be taken to your local postal depot and a card will be left with re-delivery / collection instructions. Your parcel will be held at the depot for up to 1 week, so we recommend organising a re-delivery or collection as soon as possible.

If you live in a remote town or area, there may be some small added delays to delivery time.

 

RETURNS

Unsuitable swimsuits can be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order. They must be in their exact original condition with all labels and tags still attached. Please take care when trying on the swimsuits so not to damage them and ensure you are not wearing any make-up, perfume or deodorant that may leave scent or marks on the swimsuits.

Only remove the inner hygiene sticker if you intend on keeping the swimsuits, as any swimsuits with this sticker removed or re-sticked will be refused.

 

How To Return

You will receive a delivery note in the parcel with your order, on this sheet you will find a set of instructions on how to return your parcel including a list of return codes. Please choose your reason from the list and write the letter code into the returns column. To make things easier, we've added a sticky label at the top of the sheet with our returns address (please note this is not a pre-paid/free returns label). Our eco-friendly packaging is reusable, so please stick the address label onto the front of the original packaging and use the self-seal strip to secure your parcel. Returning items will be at your expense. For safety we recommend you send your return by registered delivery and keep the proof of postage. A refund will be issued within 5 days of us receiving the swimsuit back and you will be notified by email as soon as we issue the refund.

Exchanges

The exact same policy applies as above, with the only difference being that we will issue you a credit code rather than a refund. So to exchange your swimsuit for a different size or style, simply write A in the returns column on your returns sheet and return the unsuitable swimsuit. When we receive your return, we will send you an email containing a credit code for the value of the swimsuit. You then need to place a new order and enter the code into the discount box at the checkout. Instructions will be sent along with the credit code to help you through the process - it's super easy and just like using a discount code. Please note that all shipping costs will be at your expense.

 

If you have misplaced your returns slip, please contact us with your full name + order number, so that we can send you a replacement to print off and send back with your return.
