We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 3 working days* with Royal Mail. We'll send you a tracking link in your dispatch email. As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we do not offer same day or next day delivery due to these services being significantly more carbon intensive than regular delivery. We ship worldwide! International orders are shipped with Royal Mail or DHL depending on your country. All available shipping options and costs will be calculated at the checkout before you complete your order. Just a heads up: international orders may be subject to import tax, please check your countries customs office for further information.
Christmas Shipping & Returns Information*
The festive season means the postal services are extra busy, so keep in mind that there may be delays due to the volume of parcels in the delivery network. It is for this reason that we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the usual delivery timeframe and so recommend leaving plenty of time before Christmas to place your order.
We've extended our normal time limit for returns during the festive season. Any orders placed as gifts between 1st November - 20th December can be returned up until 31st January 2020. Refunds will be issued to the original card/payment method used. Exchanges will be issued as store credit (value of swimsuit only).

We accept returns on all our swimsuits within 28 days providing they are unworn and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.
To make a return, please carefully follow the instructions on the returns form that came in your parcel (on the back of your order note). Once we receive your return we will issue a refund within 7 days. Returns are not free and all refunds exclude original postage costs. When returning your order, we highly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
We take time to carefully inspect every swimsuit before we send it, however in the rare case that you may have received a faulty swimsuit, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not offer replacements or refunds for wear and tear, so we encourage you to follow our extensive care guide to ensure your swimsuit lasts.
Our swimsuits are made in small batches and can sometimes sell out during busy periods, therefore we've found that the most effective way to service an exchange is for you to reorder via our website and send us the unwanted item back for a refund. This should ensure that the item you want is still available and you will receive it much quicker than having to wait for your return to process.
