Postal delays
We are aware that some orders are still taking longer to arrive than usual. The covid situation continues to create internal delays within the delivery networks and it is for this reason that it is just not possible for us to guarantee delivery timeframes right now. This is for both UK and overseas, so please bare this in mind when placing your order.

We are accepting returns as normal. We are currently collecting returns from our PO Box every Thursday. If you have already returned your order but haven't received an email confirmation or refund from us, then it's likely to be waiting at our PO Box and will be collected and refunded on the following Thursday.
