Covid-19: Here's our latest information.

We are open! We have reduced our post office drop offs to Tuesday's and Friday's. This will remain in place for the foreseeable future to reduce our chances of coming into contact with the virus and to prevent its spread. The postal service is also experiencing some delays, so deliveries may take a little longer than normal.

We are collecting returns from our PO Box every 2 weeks (Friday's). Our returns policy is automatically extended for those with underlining health issues or self-isolating. If you have already returned your order but haven't received an email confirmation or refund from us, then it's likely to be waiting at our PO Box. If you have a tracking number for your return and it's showing as 'delivered' at our PO Box, we can use this as proof of return and issue you a refund - simply send us an email with your tracking link.
