Returns & Exchanges
We'll happily accept returns on all our swimsuits. Whether you need a different size or decide that you want to return your swimsuit for a refund, please ensure the swimsuit is in it's exact original condition with all labels and tags still attached, then send it back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To make a return, please refer to the returns form that came in your parcel [it's on the back of your order note]:
On the returns form, please tick either the Exchange or Refund box.
Use the address label provided and stick it on the front of the reusable mail bag.
Pop the swimsuit and returns form into the reusable mail bag and use the self-seal strip to secure your parcel.
Take it to your local post office or arrange a courier within 7 days of receiving the order.
We will notify you by email within 5 days of receiving your return.
Please note; the address label provided is NOT a pre-paid/free returns label. Return shipping costs are at your expense. We are not liable for undelivered/lost returns, so we recommend using a tracked service and obtain the postal receipt.
For refunds, please allow 5 days for us to process your return and a further 3-5 days for the refund to clear back into your account.
How to use your credit code
Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email containing a credit code for the value of the returned swimsuit(s), which you can use to place a new order for a different size or style. Simply enter the credit code into the discount box at checkout to redeem. Please note; the credit code will be issued for the value of the swimsuit(s) that you paid, excluding the original shipping costs. Credit codes are not redeemable against shipping costs - all shipping costs will be at your expense.
